Combining of javascripts not working

Im trying to use 2 different things in the same document, a password retyper (so they enter the same password in twice so there are no mistakes) and an agreemenent check box so they have to check and agree to the agreement before submitting.

Problem is, the password part works GREAT… now the other part use to work great before I put the password retyper in, now the agreement part refuses to work. Anyone out there willing to give me a hand? please note, im not the greatest at java or html, but i can do a little.

if so put both in body tag

ie <body onload="FunctionOne();Function2();" >

or duplicate variable/function names
