Volunteers for developing a script please?

Okay, I am trying to add an ‘advertising’ section to my school’s home page… I am looking for someone that is willing to write an code for me (because I am not experienced)… I will describe what I want more further if someone volunteers… To give you more of an better idea, what I want involves image changing (refresh and click).

If you want to see what I have done so far… well you can go to this site and look at it… I want that version to be improved. (Its below the navigation) Its supposed to change randomly when a new page loads or when you click on it.

This is what I want the script to do:

--Images displayed randomly one time, until all has been displayed then it starts over. (So that one image isn't displayed 3 times in a row)

--First Image is displayed on the page when visited for the first time then changes when clicked on or new page loads. (If possible)

--When Image is clicked or when a page is visited the image is changed randomly to the one that hasn't been displayed .

--Only changes when image is clicked on or when a new page loads...

--After last image shown, restart from beginning (the images should be jumbled around again)...

--Images shown randomly once per cycle, and the pattern of which comes next will be jumbled up for the second cycle, and so on.

An example would be like- in the first cycle, Image A was shown first, then in the second cycle Image A was shown fifth, then the third cycle it shows Image A second.

I would also like to know what part of an script goes where, like for an example--> what goes in body tag, what goes inside body, and what goes in header, etc...

I hope this was clear... I am not sure how difficult this would be to make or how long it will take you... But I would appreciate your help very much! If you find a script like this, please let me know.
