How can i compose an HTML email blast??

I’m working on a MAC 10.2 using Entourage as my email application: Need to build an email blast for a client making a template in html…can anyone give me an idea of where to begin? Is it possible using “Entourage”? – on a MAC? I keep hearing about it being accomplished on a PC using Outlook, etc. – I do have Dreamweaver, and know how to build a webpage…just don’t know what all is involved with building one to be distributed via email.

anyone thoughts?? / advice??
