question: how high can you align?

Hey all,

First time poster, did a search but couldn’t find my answer.

How high can you place an image(banner) or pull-down menu (DHTML) on a page.

My site is [url]http://www.jspix.com[/url] and I was curious if I can push my topbar higher on the page to make room for the pul-downs. I’m using the align=’top’ command, is their a way to get it flush to the top of the page?
