Need help with Word images saving….

I manage my webpage with Microsoft word… which is becoming a pain.

I have 1 Background for about 8 pages, however Word likes to create a folder for each page, so I have to either upload the same image into 8 different folders, or I need to go into HTML and change the text because I am smarter than word…. Please tell me thats not true…. Mircrosoft put in an option to turn off that feature right? Please tell me I am not smarter than Mircrosoft word….. however I have noticed, I am smarter than its grammer check, and its autocomplete features…. but they have off buttons!!!!! And as you can tell…. thats not saying much for those features.

(yes, I realize that the grammer checker would find errors in the previous message, however!!! I myself know there are errors, so I am still smarter!)

Please help me destroy the FILENAME_Files feature……

@DaiWelshFeb 28.2005 — I'm afraid the obvious answer is don't use MS Word for HTMl editing, it is not what it was intended for and it is not very good (ok it is terrible) at it. there are plenty of free decent html editors or if you have the money then you could buy a professional package. Why struggle with rying to force Word to be what it is not when the same time could be spent more profitably downloading and learning a better tool?
