How do you put the code on the site/page??

Hi, everyone!

Snitchcat here, new to the forums — and an amateur at Javascript.
Despite that, I can’t figure out how to use the following code on my page/site.

Code (located at): [url]http://javascript.internet.com/passwords/login-coder.html[/url]

Aim: Create a page that will use the above code.

Problem: I’ve tried going to the author’s site for information on how to use the code on my page/site, but the author’s site/page no longer exists. And I’m drawing a complete blank on a solution, too.

Does anyone have any suggestions, please?

Moving a stage further, I'm trying to get the password verifier script to check against the table created by the login-coder.html. Unfortunately, I don't have a clue where to start.

Are there suggestions on what to do, or where I could go for more information?
