Can you change pop up boxes

I have a script that opens a pop up window which has content in in associated with the link the person clicked on. My question is,
Is it possible to change the look of the pop up window, example, instead of the default box that pops up could a designed frame replace the default pop up window.

When I say “Frame” I mean like a picture frame, something fancy….

@JPnycFeb 19.2005 — A popup is an HTML document. You can style it any way you like,assuming you have access to the file. The browser window AROUND it however is what it is. You can't replace it with a picture frame. You can simulate that effect INSIDE it, but you can't change the outside, save for omitting toolbars, etc.
