I need a little help doing some refreshing. This is the script I have been using to refresh my pages:

function reloadMe()
{
window.location.reload()
}
</script>
<script>
timerID = window.setTimeout (“reloadMe()”, 5000)
</script>
Everything works great, refreshes my page every 5 seconds.
My question is, if I insert a table on my page, is it possible to refresh certain cells rather than the whole page? I know I have seen it done before, but I have no idea where to start. I’m sure I just need to insert a script into a cell, but I don’t know the script to use. If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it.
