newbie question

I am not familiar with javascript and weblogic (we have as appl.server)
but we received an application (qmf) that we wanted to deploy. this is no problem. but when running any page of this application we get errors, related to javascript : jsLibraryLoader not defined and opening the page

Q1 : Is javascript supplied with weblogic / java or standalone
Q2 : where to get this or how to activate this (any doc is ok..)

Any help/hint is welcome

So is there any reason, why this page gets correctly executed from the same browser, when deployed on websphere or weblogic.

ths jslibraryloader : is this part of the application ?

although from a web point of view JavaScript should be used to enhance a site.
