Problems with redirecting after submitting

I have a order form within a frame. When “Submit” is clicked, I have it redirecting to the homepage. This works correctly, except that the bottom frame remains with the homepage in the top frame (see attached image). I want it to redirect to the homepage without it being in frames. What do I need to do?

The web address of the form is: [url]http://mildredsgourmet.com/VALENTINE-ORDER/index.htm[/url]
