Nero Express 5.5: about Disc image

Nero Express 5.5:
its unclear the following: when I want create Disc image, for the further burning -there are window ‘Disc Content”(Add data to your disk) where required files should be placed. Then I need save this project as .iso file. Its unclear- need I first highlight each file in Disc Content window, then click ‘Save’, or I can save all files without selecting(highlighting) of each file, just click on ‘Save’ button?
