I think perhaps the question is a little too broad and all-encompasing for anyone to give the time and effort to answer completely. Generally the questions we address here are more narrowly focused.
I would suggest two options: hire someone to do the work, or put in the (non-trivial) effort to learn PHP, MySQL, and general programming techniques. You could try a book like [i]PHP & MySQL for Dummies[/i] for a comparatively painless introduction to this, though some basic programming courses before this would be advantageous.

Hey all…I am new to php, to be honest, I don’t have the first clue on what to do.

Anyway, I am still learning HTML and have not started PHP, but most of his code is in php.
The problem I am facing is that I would like to create a new section called “member’s rides” where members can post pictures of their cars and information about them. Members must be logged in and when they submit the info. and pictures, the information must be saved to my database in MySQL and then loaded when a user clicks the direct link to view ALL members rides.
People can only become members when they join the forum, therefore it must source the forum member list and each individual’s user name and password so they can login in and post “their ride”
Can anyone HELP ME!!!
