hide address bar, menu’s etc.???

hi is there a way to hide the address bar and menu’s on IE? when opening a file from windows explorer without having it as a pop-up?

That is if i allow you to popup a window at all... ?

My point here is, don't mess with peoples settings needlessly. Abusing JavaScript only make people turn it of and/or get a browser which leaves THEM in carge of their own computer, not some webdeveloper.

The question isn't always what you can do, but if you should ?
