sending a page to the printer withoug pressing the printer button

i want to print pages to the printer
withought the need to press on the printer
i wantto give the user list of printer in the network
he chooses the printer and i send it to the selected printer with the selected file (an html file for example)
is it possible?

@ExuroJan 17.2005 — Are you talking about printers on the [i]server's[/i] network or the [i]client's[/i]. If it's the client, then there's no way of doing this using PHP. If you're talking about printing on the server's network, then I'd refer to [url=http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.printer.php]Printer Functions[/url] in the PHP manual. It looked like there were some user contributed notes that could be adapted to do just as you want.
