a links….undeline overline on one link only

I can´t believe how stupid I must be… or is there something to it…

in CSS I am trying to set attributes for the links.

in general I want the simple a? as underline to be on every link… so far so good

but on one occasional link I want it to have no decoration at all and once hovering it should underline and overline.. also the same when active.

I have named the div class to siddan.

I have tried .siddan, a.siddan:hover, a.siddan:active
and a:hover.siddan …. …. ….

I have glanced on another site and a.nav:hover was used

I am so tired, lol, hope I made some sence, nighties
