Where should div questions go?

Well I have a problem. I need two divs but it seems when I add the second one it screws them up. I’ll post a link of my one with one div. I could also just use another method for a navigation bar, and I’d be fine with that.

@CharlesJan 06.2005 — If a DIV is causing trouble then you are making so mark up error. Run that thing through [url=http://validator.w3.org/]The Validator[/url].

@scragarJan 06.2005 — its valid although you can't scroll in IE, which I asume a good majority of users.
