Frames breakout

My site is all within a <frameset> (side, top and main) and the index file carries the <bgsound> which allows music to play uninterupted throughout the website..

I need to leave the <frameset> in order to stop the midi file on one particular page (at the moment my site is playing a Christmas midi file but one of the pages is an Obiturary page and I don’t think Jingle Bells is appropriate).

I think I can do this by leaving the <frameset> and linking to a new URL which only has this page and no music. If I don’t leave the <frameset> the new URL comes up in the <frame> and the music still plays.

My query: Can you tell me how to leave the <frameset> in order to call the new URL and so kill the music..

Thanx…?

(I did search the Forum first but nothing came up)
