Using jupload with my site

I’m trying to use jupload to allow members to bulk upload images on my site. The problem is that each member has their on unique userid and are able to create their own folders. The sample upload.php included with the program only uploads the images to the directory specified within the file. I need jupload to work with my current upload.php so that files are uploaded under the correct userid to the specified folder. If anyone has experience with jupload and wants to look at my current upload.php that I use, reply and I’ll post it.
