Writing a form to a .txt

Hi, I really hope someone can help me I have been pulling my hair out over this. Im not the best at Java to say the least but this is wha I am wanting to do, When someone fills in the form on my site I want their information to be added to a .txt document on my server so later I can download it and save it.

Hope someone ca help!!

@CharlesDec 21.2004 — You'll need a simple little program or script running on your server; and what you need might already be there. Talk to your server people and find out what is available.
