custom drop-down menus

I saw this website that had custom shaped drop-down menus (rollover menus). The menus are straight on three sides but are bowed outwards at the outer edges ([url]www.hillcountry.hyatt.com[/url]). How do you adjust the shape like that? A little direction/insight would be nice : )

i believe its a map, and it make a div popup, and the curvy thing ur talking about is an image placed in this div.

when u see curves of different heights...those simply are different image...i wouldnt advice to take example on this ...
