make all html <TAGS> lower case

Hi all

I have some html tags in my text that i’m loading in from an html file, this html is gernerated from a wysiwyg browser editor.
the problem is that it generates some html tag in <UPPERCASE> and I nee to convert them all to <lowercase>.

I found this:

[code=php]
$file = strtolower($file);
[/code]

but I don’t what to make everything lowercase….just all the <TAGS>.

any ideas?
