Passing variables

Working on a script that will be used on 11 different websites located on different servers. What’s the best way to have this script uplink data to one “central” server.

For example I imagine this script would access http://centralserver/recieve.php?var1=value1$var2=value2

In which case recieve.php would then run http://smallserver/returnTo.php to return control back to the ‘client’ server.

Is my logic correct?

Furthermore: How can I resolve the client server’s address (url)?
