Display issues in IE Mac and Safari

I’ve coded a website that’s displaying correctly in Firefox and IE on PC (and Firefox on Mac). However, Safari and IE on Mac screw the page up – IE moves all the middle content over to the left for some reason and Safari removes the nav bar. You’ll be able to see the differences here:

Anyone got any suggestions on how to sort this problem?
