Problem with firefox browser

hi

to start with the problem:
I m having a website,in the 1st page of which a discount popup appears.
the discount pop is developed using a div tag.
everything is working fine in javascript, but while using Firefox browser i having a typical problem,when i m minimizing the popup and moving to main page,the mouse click is not getting active. that is a text box present in the main page is not getting focus (on click).

can u suggest me a way out to solve the problem.

yes the pop up do have the timer function or the setTimeout function.

how the modification should be done so that the focusing get enabled in the main page.
