java chatroom

Does ne1 know where I could find a good Java chat room? Preferably a free one…or one that is inexpensive.

Here is kind of what I am looking for:
-no or few ads (no popups)
-the option to password protect usernames
-admin panel (for kick, etc and assigning Co-hosts and Temp Co-hosts)
-colors (to change color of user’s name and corresponding user’s text)
-private chat &/or whisper
