Need to be able to select an html document from within another frame

Each time you make a selection, you change the content of a parent frame. i.e.(from the right frame you would have)

<a href=”www.bgcolorBLACK.html”>Black background in left frame</a><br>
<a href=”www.bgcolorWHITE.html”>White background in left frame</a>

any idea?

I think you are asking, if you have a menu on the right side, and you click a link, that the bigger aka parent window should change. Right?
