Menu

I would like a menu, say with 1,2,3,4, as the titles. When you click one, a sub menu opens next to it, say a,b,c,d. When you click on one of these, the contents of say, 1a, open in a frame next to it. I want this all with out the page reloading. Is this possible, and if so, doesn’t anyone have the code?
