How do I capture the onchange event on a text control when the value is imputted from auto complete?

@7studDec 02.2004 — I think onchange fires when the value changes and focus is lost. So, if autocomplete changes the value and causes focus to move away from the element, then onchange should fire. If autocomplete fills in the textbox but still keeps focus on the textbox, then the user would have to click elsewhere for onchange to fire. In short, it doesn't seem like you would have to do anything different.
