Need help creating personalized excerpt

Hi,
I am novice when it comes to codes so I don’t even know if I am at the right place, if I am not, someone please direct me to the righ forum area. Here’s my problem:
I currently have a website, Fun Personalized Books through which I sell custom made books. I would like to offer the visitors a chance to view personalized excerpts. I use Yahoo sitebuilder which allows me to create forms. The form action can be customized. The choices are Get or Post, and a field for action. Can you please tell me how how I can incorporate the data from the form into an existing text (the excerpt) to personalize it then post the personalized excerp in a new window?

@2004028Nov 19.2004 — If you have a server, the next thing you need to do is build a .asp file. I am not sure how to do that, but good luck.
