Peachtree 2002 HELP! Please

My computer crashed – has been reset so, as you can see I’m back up and running. I have a problem with my Peachtree Complete Accounting 2002 in that it won’t open because it wants me to reset the Max File Parameter. The error message is Max File Parameter 20 < 100 Please Correct and Restart. No idea how to correct this. Could any of you help?

@DaveSWNov 11.2004 — Firstly this forum isn't for pc problems, it's for web development ones. Anyway, below are some ideas, if you have any follow-up queries please send them to me by clicking the pm button under my post.

you could download a copy of x-setup http://www.x-setup.net/ and go looking for the program and see if you can find that parameter.

Other than that could search your registry for peachtree and see if you could find the max file key.

Have you tried reinstalling it?

Do you have access to their tech support lines?
