Scroll to 2200px and begin at 0px

Hi I have a systems that is able to scroll without scrollbar. This means that when you go over an layer at the right side of the window the page will scroll right. Is there a posibility to say:

[code=php]
If (window.X = 2200 ){
window.X= 0
} [/code]

So this means that when your scrolling and you reach the point 2200 you go back to point 0 again.

Can someonehelp me with this??
