Foreign Language???

I am developing a website for a korean and japanese targeted audience. I need to write the content as japanese and korean, I was just wondering how I go about on doing this. Also the content will be updated through an administration program ill make for my client. I was just wondering how to write in japanese and in korean. Do i need a different keyboard or is there a translater program i can use?
