Cell Phone site creation

well i just got interested in trying to make a cell phone ring tone site. i have no idea what people are using to host their own sites…

i put a ringtone on my own site, and went to the site using my cell phone, and only got a error when i tried to download the tone…so i guess its some script or code or something being used thats letting cell phones download ringtones and whatever else…

if some1 can provide some links to some pre-made software thats available to host cellphone downloads, please post some links so i can check it out.
