amazon’s A9 interface design

HI!

i really like how amazon implemented the javascript design for [URL=http://www.a9.com]a9.com[/URL]. it works extremely well.

i was wondering if anybody knows anything about the design of this particular interface. i can see that it’s javascript, but also that it checks for the browser and probably adjusts display for each browser individually. in any case, i’d like to know if anybody has seen a tutorial/article that deconstructs the web site and shows how the effects (sliding columns etc.) can be achieved.

ahem ... why don't you look at the source and see for yourself. or would you prefer nanny to do it for you ?
