PHP and MS Access

hi,

I wonder why people don’t use PHP with MS Access for small datbase application.

Is there any reason for?

What are the disadvantages of using this together. In other words why is PHP/Mysql the most used?

  • 1. You have to pay for MSAccess.

  • 2. You need ODBC drivers for MSAccess.

    Yes, I too, love MSAccess and still use it to construct MySQL queries particularly if there are complex JOINS involved.
