Readjust for 1024×768 Size ?

I’m sure this question has been asked at various times, but not sure where to look for it.

I’m designing a site in 800×600, and I’m aware many people use 1024×768.

Should I even TRY to make a version for 1024×768 browsers ?
Many others center their screen, or left-justify it with a neutral color background.

Being that it’s a business site, it might be beneficial.

Thoughts ?

@MstrBobOct 20.2004 — Any well designed website will fit fluidly, or at least properly fit statically in screens 800x600 or larger. Meaning that, a designer needn't have to make multiple versions. There should never be multiple versions of a webpage (unless you're dealing with different languages). Webpages that adjust automatically, sending different displays to printers and computers, displaying universally across devices. These are all things that any decent website, made in HTML and CSS should do. If not, then one should take a much closer look at the coding...

CSS won't make it look the same in all browsers, it will simply (to steal a line from Vladdy) allow the content to be accessible no matter the browser used to access it.
