Add a website to your Favorities and get a "Graphic"

Anyone know how to add a graphic in the HTML so that when someone puts your website in their favorites it doesn’t just have an IE for example it has your logo? For example, if you go to this sites main page webdeveloper.com and (I use Internet Explorer) you put it in your favorites, you get a WD in a yellow box.
