Counting the no of lines in a HTML page?

How can I get the no of lines in an HTML page.
Is there any function call to any code or some
javascript code to get the same.
Thanks.

@ray326Oct 12.2004 — All versions of Unix have a little word count program, wc, that gives you the lines, words and characters in a file.

@IncaWarriorOct 12.2004 — even notepad can count the lines, just put the cursor on the last line and hit ctrl-g
