Giving e-mail Accounts to visitors

I am cuurently maintaining a website & I wish to give its visitors e-mail facilities. My host Provides unlimited e-mail accounts, however website storage Capacity is 30MB.
I do like to know, is there someone outside my host, can provide [email][email protected][/email].
If free much preffered.

As I am outside of USA, I want to know there any other providing the same for Non-US.

@capmexbizOct 08.2004 — There's a php script to provide that feature, the only thing you need to do is to set up a catch up all email account on your server. It works like Yahoo mail or another free web based email provider. You also need a MySQL Database.

Search on a php scripts directory in their email category, I have used this script in the past.
