Form not submitting, too many div tags?

Have somewhat of a problem, dont know if its javascript or the div tags:

Have a form at [url]http://www.miinews.com/euroabg/signup.asp[/url]

Very long form so i used div tags to hide sections until needed. A view of the source will reveal entire document.

Works great in netscape… and IE on Mac.

Will not submit on Windows IE.

Any suggestions?

I will be making the recommended changes as well.
