refresh new window after multiple links to pdf

The problem:

I have several links on my page that link to specific pages in a pdf
all these links open in the same window i named hello
eg:
<a href=”file.pdf#page=4″ target=”_hello”>link one</a>
<a href=”file.pdf#page=5″ target=”_hello”>link two</a>

Now when i click on the first link a new window opens and goes indeed to page (eg) 4. When i click the second link however the url gets passed to the new window (hello) but you stay on the old page. You should do a refresh to go to the page you wanted to with the second link.
Am i making myself clear -> when u click on the second link you stay on page 4 instead of page 5.

Is there a way to solve this problem? Can you make the window (in witch you open your links) refresh each time another link is clicked?
