Can I set a hyperlink that is an image not to "highlight"?

Can this be done and if so, how? I have a picture that I’m using as a hyperlink and was wondering if I can turn off the “highlighting”. The border that surrounds the link makes the picture look terrible.

Thanks in advance….Mike
