Simple lining up.dam ie

hey all. ive had this probelm for awhile, but not sure how i managed to get by it. ie cant add to 100%….
take a look at it(its simple,3 color divs). its correct in firefox, but totally screwed in ie. im using absolute position, left/width tags, so i think it should work out fine. ive been thinking that maybe margins will fix it. but take a look anyways, plz help, driving me nuts.
