Problems with Cascading Menus

Hi, I have this script with which I made some cascading menus for my site. But for some reason, one of the menus is reacting strangely to one of my floating boxes. I attached the .txt file of my page for you to look at. The problem is with teh contact menu and with layer2. Maybe one of you guys can figure it out because I’m drawing a blank.

With all the other menus, you cannot see the floating boxes underneath of them, but with the contact menu, you can see the heading "community links:" underneath the menu, like it is semi-transparent or something. And this makes it more difficult to use the menu.
