chatting with a javascript program

hi,I would like to make a program that you can chat with,but not chat with another person but with the program itself
example:
(form1)input:hello
(form2)output:hello,how are you doing?
(form1)input:good
(form2)output: oh great,I am fine too
(form1)input:it’s a nice day
(form2)output:sorry,i am a computer,i cant see the weather

is it clear now?
in form 1 you can type something and in form 2 the computer answer something
offcours all the possible answers and qustions will i make but can somebody give me te code,oor isn’t it possible at all?

Edit:Can nobody help me?

@AdamGundryAug 12.2004 — It's possible to create a simple chatterbot, but getting a good result (in any language) is next to impossible. Check out these for guidance:
