(original post in “General ” title “forms math?”. Transferred here because it’s javascript)

My original question was how to make results display as it is being input.
from this site:

[url]http://www.formdesk.com/epourania/test02[/url]

a user can input numbers and the results are displayed on the same page. I tried to study the code, but it was too complex.
I went to the HTML goodies and studied javascript and this is as far as I’ve got:

[url]http://www.epourania.com/javascript/inputwrite.html[/url]

Can you please give me a hint, I’ve spent hours on this, I know it has to be much easier that what I’m making out to be.
