Question for the veterans on CSS…I just started using CSS and I am running into an issue that I need an answer for. I will use an image as say a navbar, styled in an external CSS. I want that image to have multiple hotspots/hyperlinks. What is the best way to do this? Create the links in the image BEFORE styling it?
