Hi,
Does anyone know if there’s a script for stopping a web page from loading?

And if there isn’t, is there a better or alternative way of doing?

We’re trying to replicate the Stop Loading Page function of the web browser.

@Tony_shuJul 23.2004 — Not with php...because it'll send your "echo" out all at once.

If you want someone to not see a portion of the page...best choice is to use Java/JavaScript and have it "dislpay: none" or "display:hidden"

If your worried about someone seeing the portion of code you wanted to "stop showing" then that won't be much help either.

@ajimenezauthorJul 23.2004 — We're simply trying to replicate that 'stop page from loading' functionality that a browser has. I figured that there may be a way doing it using javascript/dom. I just haven't really seen any javascript yet that can do that.

It's not the viewing of a certain part of a page that's really an issue.
