Hello guys can you i get an advice in developing a 2d/3d interactive indoor map with navigation to each rooms like the ones that we see on the malls in kiosk. Any recommendations is really appreciated.

I would've loved either an official "indoor mapping" package or a good example. We had to figure a lot out from scratch:
How to think about indoor mapping to begin with, when most of the GIS tools and examples were designed for outdoor usage: what is a "layer" vs a "floor", how to manage labels when you have potentially dozens of POIs within a few square meters, how do you transition from the outside world (OSM or Google base layers) into a building, how do you make it usable on a smartphone, etc.
Tracing: How to go from PDF print maps or CAD floorplans to vectorized, georeferenced, clickable polygons that OL or Leaflet could read, keeping in mind the architectural patterns of constructed buildings (lots of right angles, but not necessarily aligned to compass directions)... Advanced Digitizing Tools in QGIS were super helpful
Various QGIS and Adobe Illustrator quirks/bugs that made the output incompatible with OL without tweaking (feature IDs being lost, SVG dimensions not being respected, etc.)
Branding: How, when, and when not to coerce an institution's branding (colors, fonts, styles, etc.) into cartography...
And there are still some big unsolved problems for us, such as:
Point-to-point navigation
Walls, doors, & stairs, and how to represent them in polygonal layers so they are semantically navigable by routing software yet not visually overwhelming for humans
Accessibility and ADA compliance; such as keyboard or screen reader support
Compatibility with blue-dot positioning, RFID/light/audio beacons, etc.

Hey
I saw this thread too late and I'm not sure if my answer will be useful to you now. But I'll try, suddenly read.
I've come across this before, I googled for a long time. Even acquaintances could not advise something really suitable for resolving the issue. Here is a document [https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/document/7298088](https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/document/7298088)/[site](https://casinoshunter.com/online-casinos/1-deposit/), look through it. There are even different branches depending on what you need.
If you still have some questions, tag me and I'll help you via social.
