But in order for someone to get a song sent to their phone you would need an sms gateway. It is extremely difficult to make a ring tone site because not all phones are going to be able to use the same tones, and then you have the riaa screwing everything up and makeing it harder. Its because of the riaa that ring tone sites with polyphoic tones that resemble popular songs will be shut down. You already will not be able run an sms gateway though, thats very difficult to setup and it is supposed to be, phone companies do not want everyone running sms gateways.
